The most odd initial call from talent acquisition recruiter I ever had. He asked very specific benefits and compensations questions about my previous company. Even asking about health benefits. My gut feeling was that he was collecting information for other reasons than to look for a good potential candidate. I sent a follow up email and was ghosted.

Question 1
How much was your healthcare premium? What percent bonuses did your previous company give you?
There was 2 rounds :- Teams interview for 1 hour - first round, where 3 technical leads were present, questions were asked based on the resume, second round was with VP. Behavioral questions were asked as well.
I was recruited from my college career fair. I believe there was 1 round of interviews, with an additional info session for a group of interviewees. The talent recruitment team is very personable.
