3 stages & case study: HR call, Case study around strategy on product development, hiring manager & tech lead call, last stage: meet the team & C-level group call. It was a very pleasant and honest process. The competition was quite high though and the process lasted a long time.

Very positive experience after the initial and tech stage. No silly questions, no questions from documentation, no mind playing games, just normal discussion about tech, solutions and what I did in the past. Tech step was a real fun! Unfortunatelly this wasn't the role for me in the long run, so I decided to not continue, but I wish them all the best!
