The recruiter made contact with me asking for some basic questions. After the call was made we scheduled for a technical interview with him and the co founder of the company. While they were nice people generally, the interview itself was very unprofessional in my opinion. Their idea of a technical interview is merely an inquisition on personal choices of technologies. They didnt test anything specific but mostly asked me about choices I could make and didnt make, which obviously fit their own views.
Moreover, what hurt me the most was the fact that the co founder was very condescending. When he asked me how do I make the right decision, I started explaining, but just as a matter of speech I started by saying "If the right decision should be made, this is my advice to you guys..." And then explained my view on the matter..but he immediately stopped me and said "dont worry about us honey, we know how decisions should be made...". That kind of response, in my opinion, is a condescending and meant to put me in my place even though..i was asked as if I am the expert.
