Recruiter was great and was very communicative, despite being 6 hours ahead of US time. I believe there's potential to streamline the process by condensing steps while introducing more panel interviews instead of prolonging it. Following three rounds of interviews, the fourth interviewer seemed unprepared, not having reviewed my resume or notes, which felt like a wasted opportunity. In addition, when I asked similar questions to two different people, their conflicting answers highlighted the need for greater alignment.

Great experience. Very professional, calm, told me about the company vision and products, made me feel comfortable, gave me feedback when asked for it, asked about my background, why I want to work there.
