      Customer Service Manager Interview

      7 Nov 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at efood in Sept 2023

      Interview

The process was notably long, involving five distinct stages, which apart from case study and hiring managers included multiple rounds with HR and talent acquisition team, Unfortunately, it felt overly repetitive, which played a significant role in my decision not to pursue the opportunity further. Lastly, there were some questions too focused on performance outlier management and how you would get rid of them, not how you would support them to succeed, which along with negative slang terms, screamed of a toxic environment
