Two interviews - one with head of marketing and head of HR, which was smooth and relatively informal. Invited me back to meet their CEO which was more difficult. Asked questions which weren't job related but wanted to gain insight in to how I think. I had to give a SWOT presentation.

Interview
Recommendation by their client who closely work with easyproperty. I had submitted my CV to the CFO and he invited me to the office to go over the details and get to know more about me. He was very friendly and introduced me to the CEO who also expressed what avenues he would like to pursue.
