I would say the interview process felt like a pyramid scheme. There were a lot of points that weren't making sense. Why was I being recruited by an agent, Christine, who has been there for less than 6 months? I am not sure about the dynamic of this company.

I was selected by an employee, I attended an informational gathering, the principal broker contacted me for interview. She wanted to make sure my values and ethics were in line with company values.
