first of all i get a call after visiting office 1st process was telephonic interview with sales head after that face 2 face interview with HR then they takes time near about more than 1 week for final round

Nothing great, they don't even know what to ask. They google questions and then ask you to write some code. Even if you write some really bad code, they get impressed and then they continue the further rounds. No one is great there to judge anything but they do. Finally they make you an offer which way less than what you are earning, but they tell you benefits blah blah and all.
