Application Review – Resume is screened by HR or the hiring manager.
HR Screening – Initial call to discuss background, skills, salary, notice period, and role fit.
Technical Interview(s) – One or more rounds focused on technical skills (coding, system design, problem-solving).
Managerial/Behavioral Round – Evaluates communication, teamwork, leadership, and situational responses.
Final Round / Client Interview – (If applicable) to assess alignment with the client/project.
Offer & Negotiation – Selected candidate receives the offer and may negotiate terms.
Background Verification – Employer verifies documents and previous work history.
Onboarding – Candidate joins the company and begins induction.
The interview process involved four rounds:

Technical Round

Final HR Round
The entire process took almost a full day, but the company ensured that the candidates were comfortable throughout. All the interviewers were patient, asked questions clearly, and were willing to repeat or rephrase them to ensure we understood.
Overall a good experience.
