Durig the recruitment process, 3 different interviews were done: 1st with RRHH 2nd with Department Area Manager 3rd with another Department Area Manager The 1st interview was just to meet more about me and exchange my experience. With the Area Managers they asked for concrete examples. Also a Role Play use to be requested.

They ask about your experience in similar roles. They ask what would you do with some cases.
Participé en un proceso con ellos y, desde la reclutadora hasta los Hiring Managers, fueron muy amables y profesionales en todo momento. Me ofrecieron una explicación clara tanto del rol como de las expectativas, lo cual me permitió entender bien lo que estaban buscando.

Motivación, experiencias en linea , como hubiera optimizado una cartera de hoteles, overcoming objections, etc
Ha sido una entrevista muy completa. Testaron mis idiomas en el momento con diferentes trabajadores utilizando preguntas relacionadas con el tema del trabajo. Al final explicaron las condiciones de trabajo.
