Fui referido por un contacto a través de LinkedIn para participar en la primera ronda de entrevistas para el puesto de Product Designer. El día de la entrevista, además de la Recruiter estaban presentes dos integrantes del equipo de diseño. Me hicieron preguntas generales, luego un poco más específicas del puesto y me comentaron cómo es el día a día del equipo. No tuve más novedades luego de la entrevista, ni un mail automático informando que no continuaría.

EL proceso tuvo 3 instancias (HR, Whiteboard Challenge y defensa de la solución final) fue bastante dinámico y los perfiles que me entrevistaron fueron sumamente honestos. Me compartieron feedback en finalización de cada una de las instancias.
