I recently attended a full-stack developer interview. During the interview, I was asked React-related questions, and I provided correct answers to all of them. The questions were relatively easy, such as "What is virtual DOM?" and "How can you set focus on an input when the page renders?" After a week, they came back with a negative response, stating that I lacked sufficient React experience. However, I have a total of 6 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to working with React. I was able to answer all the questions they asked. Interestingly, a friend of mine also went through an interview process with the same company. They initially gave him a positive response but turned it around and rejected him just as he was preparing to leave the company he was working for. It seems that the company has created a pool of candidates, and even if they give a positive response, they will prefer the other person if they find someone more suitable before officially hiring you. In my opinion, it was a waste of time, and I do not recommend going through this interview process.
