The interview with HR was great, she was super friendly. But my second interview was with the future manager, and it’s like she started the interview knowing that she didn’t want me to go forward. She asked questions waiting for me to fail and honestly questions that I didn’t find relevant.

She asked me how I would handle a certain task considering that I didn't have any previous work experience. It was very clear from my call with HR that I didn't have experience, it was just clear she didn’t want to hire me.
first was the HR interview, they moved quickly and scheduled the next interview with the team literally on the HR call. the second, team interview involved a call with the team members, quick introductions and a live technical test (excel/SQL) of a business case. if you didn't get chosen, they ghost you.

Preguntas durante videollamada aproximadamente media hora de duracion. Preguntas sobre formacion y experiencia y sobre requisitos de la oferta. Por ejemplo, que estudiaste y porque, experiencia anterior relacionada con el puesto de trabajo ofertado. Sabes lo que es AB Testing? Como realizarias uno, etc…Trato muy cercano y amable.
