3 stages of interview were held. HR round (They usually check your communication skills and if you have basic computer knowledge) Interview with team lead (They check your knowledge, experience and if you will be able to do the job) If you pass above, final round is with the director where he will examine your confidence, knowledge and experience if any. All these interviews were conducted on the same day and I was offered job at the end of the interview after brief discussion on salary with HR.
