I was told there would be 6 rounds of the interview process. The first round would be conducted by HR, second with a member of the L&D team, third & fourth would be two different presentations and last two, interviews with site managers. I cleared the first two rounds and gave presentations for the 3rd and 4th round. There were 6 people in the room for the presentation, 3 from HR and the other 3 from L&D. Both the presentations (I believe) went really well, where all the delegates were engaged, and were able to answer by the end of the presentations. This happened on a wednesday. I was made to wait for at least an hour to provide me with an update of the verdict. Post one hour, the HR told me, the delegates will require some time to sit down and analyse and that they'll get back to me in a day or two. As I didn't hear back, whatever the verdict may be, I sent them a mail to remind them. I still haven't hear back from them, so I decided to call. The HR missed my first call and cut the other. I expected at least a bit of professionalism from an HR personnel of such a reputed compnay.
