I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eClerx (Mumbai)
Interview
The first round was a written test with a mix of mathematical, language and reasoning based questions. It was pretty easy considering I was a double graduate and the paper was simple enough for a 10th standard student to crack. But this was in the year 2006 and at that time they were recruiting people by the heaps.

Question 1
There weren't any. It was pretty much over after the written test. Because I was a double graduate they were worried whether I would stick with the company or not. In the year 2005 and 2006 the attrition rate in eClerx was really high and they wanted to make sure I was someone who would stick around.
I wanted to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to interview for the Derivative Operations Analyst position. I had a very positive experience throughout the process, and I genuinely appreciated the professionalism and supportive interaction from the team.
