The interview process was easy to understand and straightforward. All questions and answers were done in a video setting. The instructions were easy to follow and the interview questions were very clear.
Several different interviews with different levels of people, ending with VP. Interviews are typical interview questions but the process is lengthy. The onboarding process after accepting job can take a couple of months.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at eAssist in Sept 2023
Interview
Initially, you take a knowledge test to assess your skills in working with Dental Insurance. Once you pass that, you do a short recorded interview where you are asked a few more questions regarding Dental Insurance. After that step, if you move on you take a vetting course and then do a live culture interview via Google Meet.

Question 1
What is the difference between PPO, DMO and Out-of-Network?
Lengthy and demanding. A lot of knowledge assessments initially, then preset video interview where a company employee is on a prerecorded video with questions and you have to respond via recording. No human interaction until over 2 months in to the process! Once you connect with humans, it’s much better. But prior to that, it feels very much like you’re in an assembly line.

Question 1
2 different portions, both in video format mentioned earlier. One is skills and knowledge based, the other is personality based. “How would you work (prioritize) a large aging report?” “Tell me about someone who did something better than you?”
