Interview
Easy. Set up a meeting via EdJoin. Met with the Admin and other staff and answered fairly simple questions about my history and future goals. Demo lesson was not a requirement, but has been for some new hires. Overall, a very simple experience.

There were no very challenging questions. Primarily the questions were with regards to how willing I was to learn and grow, and how I what I would offer to the community at e3.
