I applied through university. I interviewed at e2i (Jurong)
Interview
The interview has three stages in total, I made it to the second stage. The intial stage was an interview with HR and they asked the usual questions about experience and interest. I cleared the first stage and was invited to the second interview round with the Dy CEOs. The second round was attended by 2 Dy CEOs and 1 HR rep. The Dy CEOs started by asking us the same questions we answered in the first round, which seemed pointless having to repeat our answers again. They then gave us a scenario where, given a limited amount of resources, whether we should prioritise PMET or non-PMET workers. This question did not sit well with me and I argued that we should be helping all workers as that what the NTUC brand stands for. One of the Dys did not like this answer, stating that I was very "charged" and essentially forced the interviewees to select one group. Whether we then said we would help the PMET or non-PMET group, he criticised our explanation and played devil's advocate each time, which to me, is very hypocritical given that he was the one who would not settle for both as an answer. Needless to say, I was not invited to the final round.
Overall, the interview process was overly tedious and repetitive and the environment was hostile and condescending. I would not recommend the job or experience to any fresh graduate.

Interview
Short Virtual call and friendly interviewer. However did not get back even though she said she would after 2 weeks. Ironic given that it is from a job security organisation.
