They drag the interview process for months and don't even update the candidates on the status. One has to mail and ask them multiple times. They are not even apologetic about it.

Their job interview steps take too long time and there are lots of steps. I think that the friend who said that he/she got a fast job before is really on his/her lucky day. And they don't answer your e-mails when you asked latest status about your hiring process. Still I have not any positive or negative answer from the company about my hiring process.
