The interview process was good and not long , i had a call screen with the HR then after around one week got the technical interview then after around one week got an offer
I was approached by 2 different recruiters who gave me several phone calls of screening and one of them asked me to rewrite my resume.
I had 3 different interviews with different team leads throughout the year 2024.
Interview 1: Was with a business lead, very general.
Interview 2 (3 months later): Extremely technical, asked about the fundamentals to even the most basic statistics. It was not a good interview.
Interview 3 (3 more months later): Was a usecase review where I walked through with my interviewer for how I would solve problems x y z and what algorithms and tools I could use, mostly focusing on telco type data.
It's true it's stressful and involves a lot of work, but it's one of the best work environments I've ever been in and benefited from. I understand that the most important thing is to have no pressure and plenty of money, and unfortunately, neither of those things are present. It's a good name, and the interview process involves asking if you've worked before in architectural patterns, solid principles, OPP, Swift, and SwiftUI.
