      Interview

Basic interview questions, lots of tell me about a time. They seemed to be interested in what I was saying which is nice. Lasted about an hour and went pretty in depth.

      Interview

My interview experience was great! It was very quick and each step helped me learn more about the role, company and culture. Every step was virtual. The first round was a screening interview with the recruiter who explained pay and some of the benefits but mostly asked about my relevant experience. The second round was with a Director and Sr. Client Lead. This round was more competency based and situational based questions but they also explained the day-to-day aspects of the role. The final round was a case study presentation with another Director and Sr. Client Lead. They gave me the case study in advance so I had plenty of time to prepare my presentation. For roles above associate level, I believe you get the case study right before the interview but at that level it should be much easier to prepare. Case study was related to merchandising & retail KPI's. You get specific information to work with but it's still broad enough that you can take it whatever direction you want. I was nervous for the third round but when I was in it, it wasn't intimidating at all and more so seemed like they just wanted to hear me explain my thought process without there being any right or wrong answers. After presenting, there is time at the end for them to ask questions about what you presented and for you to ask questions. By the end, I felt very confident in my decision to pursue this role. Interviews are typically not fun but I very much enjoyed the process at dunnhumby!
