Went through five rounds - some really top-notch people who couldn't help but signal that there were some serious issues with organizational culture and support. The job at hand and responsibilities pivoted at the last stage - quite concerning, Concluded with an interview with a long-tenure leader who asked questions that seemed oblique to the role and not fully in line with a refined highly professional consulting organization.

Five rounds of interviews with various representatives from HR, team members and business leadership over several weeks mainly held virtually. Bait-and-switch of role at the (late) offer stage and other red flags led me to decline.
