I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at docSTAR (Schenectady, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview was very straight forward and to the point. It wasn't like a lot of other internships I have had where they asked a lot of basic questions like "where do you see yourself in 5 years." Instead my boss, just wanted to know what experience I had in marketing and if I could do the job well. I then sent her some of the articles I had written for my previous job. Once she say that I was competent I was quickly hired.

Question 1
What work experience do you have that qualifies you for this job.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at docSTAR (Schenectady, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The Interviews went very well and the interviewers acted in a professional manner throughout the process, but there were 4 interviews, 2 phone and 2 in person, each interview was spread weeks apart with zero indication if you were still in the running for the job or not. At least 2 times during the process I assumed I didn't get the job only to randomly hear weeks later that I was coming in for another interview, even my recruiter had no idea what was going on. All in all the process took 3 months, and I turned down 2 jobs in the meantime because I was basically being strung along slowly only to lose it in the end.
Just make sure if you apply with this company realize they move extremely slow and if you have an offer from another company that is comparable, take it, don't wait around like I did.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at docSTAR (Schenectady, NY) in Jan 2012
