There were several rounds in the following order: Recruiter HR Boss Case study to do at home (this was great) Three-hour video conference, two people each hour. Overall the process was reasonable. Got caught flat-footed, not prepared to answer some specific questions on my experience which I should have been prepared for which I believe cost me the offer. I was grateful to receive feedback through my recruiter as to why they decided not to hire me. Seems like a good organization. Shame it didn't work out.
