Followed by a phone call 4 weeks after submitting the application, asking interview questions and informing me that only $15 an hour is budgeted for the role, not $15-$23 as is listed on the job description. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. I gave my availability and after a week without communication, I followed up for confirmation. I was then told they hadn't finalized the applicants yet. After another week without communication, I rescinded my application.

Multiple webcam interview process. Spoke with a smaller group of people on the first call, and a larger group of people on the second. Everyone I spoke to was kind, very knowledgeable, and seemed passionate about their job and the work.
