Interview
You apply through a website and you have to complete a questionnaire; if you do not pass the questionnaire the people at the store will not receive your CV. They call you in for a face-to-face interview and if they like you they tell you your start date. On your first day you have to bring an ID and provide your SSN so they can finish entering all your info.
