Interview
Below was the full process I went through:
1. Phone screener
2. Chat with the Enterprise Architect
3. Coding challenge through codingame.com
4. Conversation with QA Manager
5. Chat with a member of the executive leadership team
The team was very pleasant and informative during the entire process and it was obvious that the whole team truly believe in the product. Great experience, and although it didn't work out, I definitely had a lot I could take away from the interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral questions and technical questions asked in a situational manner. Codingame set of questions were your standard mix of multiple choice and coding questions that were all timed.
I was interviewed in 4 stages. Two HR interview about my skills and experience that relates to job i have applied.
Next is an interview with one of the staff engineer and ask me about some technical questions and my experience.
Last is with 2 panel interview in the same day. First panel interview contains 3 scenarios or situations that you need to analyze and answer the question. It is very comfortable with the interviewer since they will help you understand if the question is not clear.
The 2nd panel interview is with both directors and ask more on if I am fit with the job and the company.
Within the week, i got a called with the hr and gave me an offer.
