If you're in Malaysia, you'll be invited to conduct an interview at their office, you'll be surrounded by several interviewers, typically COO or CTO, a manager and senior developer/analyst/lead.
If you're not in Malaysia. you'll be doing interview through Skype (video) call, if you're lucky like me, you'll only have to chat with one of the management persons and answer technical questions via email.
Technical questions which are often used involve problem solving with recursion technique and data structure (like manipulating arrays, finding data in arrays).
If they like you, you'll be offered position based in your home country or Malaysia, you'll have a chance to work at home but that depends on the situation, at the time I joined, it was possible to work from home, but now most of the projects are on-site.
Note that if you're non-Malaysian, you'll get a very good fully furnished apartment and generous amount of monthly allowance which is more than enough to cover your daily meals.
If you're Malaysian, better aim for high salary because you won't get apartment or allowance like the foreigners.
