I went in for a hands on interview with 2 IT managers. They were really nice. If you've previously done this type of work before you should be fine. I was very nervous and flustered as i'm not used to someone watching me while I work. After that portion a few more people came into the room to ask questions. They were extremely nice and I didn't feel intimidated or uncomfortable at all. I was then shown around the building. They had one of the cleanest warehouses I've ever seen and the CEO seemed very nice as well.
