I started the interview process with commercetools last January and it lasted for about two weeks with multiple rounds. The thing I appreciated the most was the feedbacks I received from the HR team along the way. It's pretty common to wait for quite a while before hearing back from a company after an interview. It was never the case with commercetools. I was kept up to date after each interview and I was really clear about the next steps and expectations. The whole team was really friendly and yet professional. I felt really good during the interview process. The interview are quite technical but if that's your domain of expertise, it shouldn't be a problem. The most important is to feel a fit culturally and have a good feeling about the person you're talking to. And for me, the chemistry was definitly here! In a nutshell, stellar process, and kudos to the HR and People Operations team for the continuous feedback and helping us to make the experience confortable.
