Again, I am not one to answer that first hand, but most were asked pretty standard interview questions. It seems much more weighted towards your writing samples that you had priorly submitted. If they felt that they were good or showed potential, my impression was that the actual interview process was fairly cursory.

They don’t really ask questions. You’re just submitting written work.
