I suggest to not waste time on this process, despite the job opportunity seeming very alluring. I want to recognize that the HR people who'll be in touch with you (via email) are very professional. That being said, it is a demanding process for the candidate while being extremely time-efficient for toggl. The first step (of 4) are automated processes. Step 1 was a home assignment, in the form of improving their sales strategy , that will require several hours to complete, and they expect candidates to conveniently package it in a Power Point . I have been rejected after submitting the home assignment without even having a conversation/call with the hiring team to discuss the work I have done. I'd rather avoid wastinmy time providing free consultancy disguised as a company-specific home assignment.
