Interview
I applied for a part-time Administrative Assistant role. I received very short notice for my interview — less than 24 hours — and was told the position would close the following day. While the interview itself went smoothly and the panel was polite, the process felt rushed and more like a formality, possibly due to an internal candidate already being chosen.
Despite preparing thoroughly and receiving positive reactions during the interview, I was sent a generic rejection email with no personalised feedback. Overall, the process did not feel transparent or respectful of candidates’ time.

Interview
I was interviewed by two managers for around 30 minutes in a meeting room. Questions were a mixture of general interview questions plus hypothetical situational ones. I asked questions at the end and was asked what I needed them to provide.
