called for the first interview and the recruiter did not show up in our first video-call. She kept cancelling and asking to reschedule our call until when she canceled definitely our scheduled meeting without even an explanation nor answering my emails.

Question 1
recruiter disappeared and they never called me back
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at cargo.one in Jan 2025
Interview
Okay, the process was drawn out over several weeks with varying degrees of communication throughout. Process was 5 steps which seemed excessive for the role applied for, having completed all stages before albeit not successful
I interviewed with them before (more than a year ago) and even though I did not end up getting an offer, I really liked the process and their transparency. I applied again when I started searching actively, after another recruiter reached out to me. She sent an inmail and message yet never responded to either, and then I was invited to an interview by another recruiter. The slides about their process were now completely outdated, and she was also unaware that I had applied before. We had a nice chat, and she promised feedback for the next day, but instead it was just ghosting. Sent not one but 3 follow-up messages and not a single reply. It's a shame, the old recruiter Eleonora took all the hiring competence with her when she left, and now it's run by deeply unprofessional people.
