Scheduled a phone call for introduction with the HR, then a phone call with the hiring manager, both were ~ 15 minutes. Then 1.5 hours video interview with a Senior Developer

Interview
First call with HR, following a quick call with the CTO. Both calls are mostly introductory calls - Tell me about yourself and your experience. On the second call, the CTO joined without video a Zoom call and said that they are currently interviewing and will reach out in 2 weeks on the next steps. Didn't hear from them back although I've reached out to understand what's going on.
