Initial interview was conducted by an employee that held the same title that I was applying for. They were unprofessional and kept talking about themselves and how they were "owed" a promotion to manager. Second half of the interview was with the director of the department. This portion was more normal and had average questions.

Interview
I had a 30 minute high level call with a recruiter, and then 2 30 minute interviews with managers on the team. Everyone was super friendly. They asked a lot of questions about my background and how it applied to the functions of the role.
