Interview
I was hired through a recruiter company. Went through 4 week training when I was hired. it was a seasonal job and expectation were explained from day one, occurrence and stuff. Took calls for about 3 months and was offered permanent position.
Everyone was very sweet and down to earth ! Usually interviews tend to be very nerve racking but everyone that I interviewed with made me feel comfortable which helped me perform !

Interview
Had a phone interview with a recruiter who was responsive and felt that I had great experience. I had a 2nd phone interview and was told I would be meeting with one manager but a different manager called. It was a 30 min interview where I displayed my ability in all areas asked about but was then told they weren’t interested as I didn’t have enough team mgmt experience (though I have 5 years). Was not a good experience at all.
