bp Operations Manager interview questions

Initial interview was a one way video interview online. Received e-mail with 5 days to respond. Interview questions were pretty standard. What excites you about the company. What skills do you have and how will they help the role. What do you think the job emtails.

Initial 30 min informal chat with hiring manager and then hour long interview online with 2 team members, asking 5-6 competency based questions. Was able to ask questions and got answers directly.
