Interview
First stage is CV review on BP website.
Second stage is via HireVue web-based video-recording platform, used to filter out unconvincing candidates. Candidates have 30 s to 2 min to get prepared for each of the 9 questions, and then have up to 2 to 3 min to answer and make a case for their recruitment.
