Very professional asked quite standard interview questions. Relaxed environment. Lots of questions asking for a time a specific quality they are looking for was demonstrated. Also gave a rundown of what the role would look like as well as future opportunities in case the interviewee is interested in furthering their career.

Shallow questions no response no communications - Recruitment website is awful no one speaks to each other say one thing on the phone another thing in person. Waste of time for both parties
The interview felt more like a friendly chat than a formal assessment . It was a refreshing reminder that great conversations can be just as valuable as great resumes. just an easy flow of ideas, laughter, and shared excitement about work , experiences and even hobbies

Applied online via indeed. Easy application process on the BP website. Just CV and cover letter. Telephone interview, basic questions. Just took 5 minutes. Very easy but didn't get the job. Disappointing.
