Interview
Each candidate was paired with one interviewer and taken to individual rooms where the case-study based technical interview proceeds for 1 to 1.5 hours. Candidate can ask questions any time for clarification and further information on the cases. The interview ends with candidate's turn to ask the interviewer questions.

Question 1
Discuss your past work/internship experience. What were the biggest challenge? How did you approach it? Looking back, what would you have had done differently?
Case Study 1: BP prepares to launch a project in a remote desert in a country that BP has not worked in before. What are some of the potential challenges? (An exhaustive list is implicitly expected) How do you go about starting the project? After some time, the project faces many safety problems. Why? How do you solve it? Local community begins to complain about 1. lack of local workers involved, 2. too many foreigners, 3. project occupies too much land. How do you respond?
Case Study 2: Construction of module delayed by contractor. What are some possible causes? What can you do to make it done on time? What downsides or risks are associated with your actions?
