Had a brief phone interview first than went for in person interview and I was with 2 others plus like 4 managers were in the room plus the director of Bookit.
After the interview they had is sit outside the room and then we all got separated into different rooms but the team manager that chose me took me upstairs and offered me a position to work on her team 7am-3pm.

Interview
Group interviews, ask real job scenario questions. The panel interviewing are the Supervisors who will pick you among the other interviewees for their team. Also, although they do a background check, I had a criminal history that wasn't financial, and still got hired. I was 3 days out of the halfway house when I started.

Scenario: a lady calls in needing 3 nights in Aruba for herself and three children, needs two queens and swimming pool, and other details. Then they just ask you basically to repeat back to them what all the lady asks for. They are testing your listening skills and attention to detail

Job was offered on Craigslist. I was hesitant, at first to apply, but did so anyway. I was asked to take a computer test online. I did so, then was asked to participate in a telephone interview. After that, I was asked to come for a face-to-face interview.
