Die Gespräche waren sehr positiv. Die Geschäftsführung hat sich die Zeit genommen um alle Aspekte der zukünftigen Zusammenarbeit in zwei Terminen zu besprechen. Die Terminfindung dagegen war schwierig. Der Gesamtprozess dauerte circa 3 Monate.

I got contacted by them after applying through their website, they set an appointment and sadly cancelled the next day stating that, although my profile was "very appealing" they would need complete fluency in german for the interview/job.
