Simply reached out to by a talent acquisition supervisor through phone, and then had a 30-minute talk with a more experienced developer on the team who asked about my previous projects and experience that was on my resume.

Interview
Very structured process with multiple interviews to qualify. First interview gave information about the job and the people you would be working with. The first interview was just to gauge if you would be a good fit for the company. The second interview was a technical interview with the team manager and a senior developer. This was standard questions to gauge technical expertise for the role.

3 rounds of interviews, 1 phone screen, 1 basic/personality interview with dev team and 1 technical interview. Questions asked were reasonable for a dev to know and more of a conversation about past projects.
