The interview was over zoom due to coronavirus restrictions and the interviewers were both incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasant interviewing experience and I would not be hesitant to apply to bet365 again.
Quick process, very straightforward from hiring manager. Willing to give people opportunities despite lack of experience. Recommend them for aspiring Traders. Kind of tough on the interview process, will test your mettle.

Interview
Just asked basic sports, maths and computer questions. Wanted to know if I had experience in gambling or sportsbook industry, trading or otherwise. Was quite casual, even though it was a panel interview. I guess there isn't much else, as you can't study/get a degree for gambling so they're generally interviewing fresh faces to the industry.
