Very straightforward and relaxed. As with every interview, you have to prepare yourself well by doing your research on the company. A team leader and department manager interviewed me for my job and it went smooth. I even got the feedback that I was one of the first to really ask a lot of questions which put my interest in working for this company on top.

It was good. The questions were profound and clear. It consisted of a few multiple choice and video questions. The overall experience was good and I got to practice before the actual interview.

Interview
This company has a very interesting interview process. The first is a video interview which you can complete from your computer at home. If you pass, you then get invited to attend a group interview with the other candidates. This is a 2 hour interview in which they tell you about the company, the insurance industry, the role and the benefits. You are also asked to take part in a mock phone sales call as a sales representative. You then get a tour of the facility and take part in behavioural interview questions in front of the group. Overall, it was a thorough and interesting experience.

Held a video interview. Multiple choice questions to start and the video interview to follow, 5 or 6 canned questions with a short period of time to think about the question and time to record your answer.
