Interview
In total there were four rounds of interviews. Initially there was a HR interview which was around half an hour to get to know the company and they get to know you. Then comes the round with your team lead where you will find out more about role, team structure and also you are answering some general questions which are much closely related to the role. Then the technical interview which lasted almost 3h, but it was more in a form of a talk then the actual develop. Its more a understanding the concepts of high quality software development. At the end it was shareholder interview which was also pretty straightforward. Everything went fast and open in communication.

Interview
The interview was fast and smooth. I skipped the tech task, because a former colleague was already hired by the company and recommended me. After an introduction call with the recruiter, I made a tech call with 2 of the back-end engineers, then another call with CTO before getting an offer.
