Totally three rounds . 1. HR will explain you about he position and job details. 2. Coding assignment. 3. Technical interview with Engineering manager and one senior technical lead. (1 hour) 4. Behavioral round with Product manager and Senior Project manager. (1 hour) I have cleared first three rounds but got rejected in behavioral round. Not sure why ? the feedback I received by the HR was very unclear and without a concrete reason. They said I was good at Technical and soft skills but not something what they are looking in a Senior Backend Engineer. I explained all the scenarios during behavioral interview they nodded there head all the time but the end result was this. Sometimes I have seen the Product Manager was yawning during the interview , I felt bit insulted but what to do... Anyway that's how it went.
