I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at atolls (Munich, Bavaria) in Sept 2017
Interview
The interview went Smooth. They contact me on the phone. I talked briefly to HR and then I had an interview with my future manager. Spoke about the job and asked me about my previous experience.
I applied via their website and the recruiter came back offering a 1st stage interview within a few days. She asked fairly straight forward questions relating to the role. The issues came when discussing salary. I asked for the range and she said she couldn't disclose what the salary was. This was a red flag. Salary transparency should be a basic practice in recruitment. When I stated my range, she said my min salary expectation was significantly higher than their max salary - well below 30k. I decided not to progress further in the process as didn't seem worth my time. Very uncompetitive pay and benefits
